On our call, we’ll go deeper. Through guided questioning, we’ll trace your symptom back to its root—whether it’s an unprocessed emotional event, a deep-seated belief, or an inherited pattern. 


Then, we’ll move beyond just insight—we’ll shift it. Using a somatic practice or ritual, we’ll help your body release the emotional imprint and rewire the old belief into one that supports true healing.
